About
Born in Taiwan in 1961, Stephen Tang is an accomplished artist and educator with over 36 years of experience. A graduate of the Fine Arts Department at Taipei University, Stephen’s artistic journey led him to Australia, where he began teaching at Griffith University of Art in Southbank, Brisbane. During his time there, he curated numerous successful exhibitions, showcasing his talent throughout the city.
In 2010, Stephen expanded his career to China, where he taught at the Fine Arts College of Qingdao University and the Interior Design Department at Yantai University, while also conducting private art workshops.
Stephen’s work has been exhibited and sold in galleries across 14 countries, including Asia, the United States, and Australia, earning him international recognition.
In early 2025, Stephen will relaunch his private and small-group art lessons, designed to inspire and guide students of all ages and skill levels.
